About Our Troops
Operation USO Care Package Troops
Mount Vernon Chapter members support Operation USO Care Package by volunteering to help stuff care packages for our men and women serving overseas in the fight against terrorism.
Packages at the Operation USO Care Package Warehouse, Building 1415, at 9455 Jackson Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA. The care packages then are distributed via USO affiliates stateside as well as overseas. Some are distributed locally at BWI airport, while others are sent to troops on the ground in areas of conflict.
As of 1 November 2012 the schedule and procedures for 2013 are under development. Check back here about 21 December for details.
